One of the perks of having shares in various transportation companies is that you get reports about shipments and cargoes disappearing from the city quicker than most people. Since the attacks, they have been several groups that have been trying to take advantage of chaos, and have been hi-jacking food, water, medical care, and any other aid that can get into the city. One group has decided to really use this dire situation to their advantage by using not only hi-jacking good entering the city, but smuggling these items along with items robbed from the various business and homes that have become easy pickings due to police being stretched to their limits.

This is the group that Ozymandias has tracked to the docks. He stands in the shadows viewing several trucks bringing goods to a warehouse. There are about five men outside with submachine guns. A dark colored sedan pulls into the parking lot of the harbor, and a several more men make their way down to the warehouse. These men are dressed in dark business suits and seem to be the one in the charge. Himzymandias moves across the warehouse rooftops for a better vantage point to see if he can pick up what they are saying.

Ozymandias moves across the warehouse rooftops for a better vantage point to see if he can pick up what they are saying.

Captain America kneels down and looks from behind a corner to see the men dressed in suits. "This is Cap," he says into his wrist communication device. "I'm in position." Whoever he's discussing the matter with does not speak loud enough to be heard, but it doesn't seem to be bothering Cap as he begins moving into position.

Before he strikes, he begins to make some quick mental preparations. He has no idea Ozymandias is present.

The one of the men in the business suit walks over to one of the men with the submachine gun and backhands him a few times, "Fool, You got five men watching the door, and three trucks that need to be emptied! Either bring more men from inside to emptied these trucks, or couple of you jackasses put your weapons down, and helped empty these trucks. We are on a deadline! The ship departs at a specific time.

The man who was backhanded wipes some blood from his nose, "Sorry, boss..I thought."
RThe man backhands him again and wipes the blood of his hand on the guy's shirt. "You ain't paid to think. The only reason you even here is because your family. Now, rectify this situation!

Ozymandias frowns behind his mask as he ponders how many men are in the warehouse, but he realizes it is better to try to capture the ring leader before he leaves, so he decides against during any more reconnaissance of the warehouse. Ozymandias launches smoke bombs by the trucks to hinder anymore unloading and for someone trying to escape with them.

Once Captain America hears the familiar sound of the smoke pellets, he knows that someone else is here. Helpful or harmful he's not sure, but he does know that now is the time to move. Springing to his feet, he takes three steps and then bends low, sending his trademark shield out into the darkness, aimed at a trio of the men outside.

Like a basketball player, Captain America follows his shot, so to speak. He leaps out towards them, looking to give knockout blows with his fists—at whatever isn't taken by the shield!

As the men turn the attention to the smoke bombs, one of them is able to utter, "Hey..", before he is quickly down by Cap's shield. The second man that was standing a few feet away from him suffers a similar as the shield smashes against the side of his head, causing his gun to slide across the pavement. The third guy receives the shield impact in his chest as the shield goes flying back to Cap. Before the guy can catches his breathe, he is down by a Captain America's punch.

The first time, Ozymandias ever heard of a costume hero was in World War 2, and that hero was Captain America. So even though he has fought countless battles, he cannot be in momentarily in awe in seeing Captain America fight firsthand.

The thugs are not so much in awe at seeing Captain America, more like a mixture of being pissed and terrified. The boss screams, "Bring everyone from the warehouse and shoot Captain America.

Ozymandias takes that as his cue jump down to the front of the warehouse. He throws some knockout gas bombs through the warehouse to stop or weaken anyone coming outside to join the fight.

Captain America can sense the impending shots his way and rather than use the shield as an offensive weapon, he decides to switch tactics. When the bullets begin to fly, he ducks behind the shield, giving him full protection versus his enemies bullets.

Now that he's looking back over his shoulder, he can see Ozymandias covering him with the smoke attacks. He gives the man a nod, as he seems to be on the same side.

When you are terrified and pissed, you normally do not think strategically and such is the case for these men. They all emptied their guns at the same time without once trying to flank Captain America. The boss is the first to notice his men incompetence as he peeks out from behind a barrel, "You guys are feckin morons! He pulls out a pistol and motions for them to try to circle around them. The only problem is that it is obvious that they have to reload, and their reinforcements are stumbling out of the warehouse coughing and gasping for air.

Ozymandias pulls out his Zulu style shield and assegai, and decides to make sure that the reinforcements are quickly met with defeat.

Second verse, same as the first.

Captain America swings his body in a mighty arc as he flings the shield out towards those in his way. The weapon spins off towards in a large semi circle as he makes his way in an opposite semi-circle, hoping to come together towards the middle.

The first man in his sights is attacked with a fierce jab. If able, the attack is followed by a powerful knee to the groin.

The shield takes down another one of the submachine guys, while one of the men in the business suits jaw is broken by Captain America's punch, then being followed by the powerful knee to the groin. The shield takes down another guard with the submachine gun before flying back towards Captain America. There is only one man in a business suit left along with the boss man. The boss man comes from behind his pistol, glaring at Captain America. "Do you know how much money you have just cost me? Do you think that costume makes you important? You are nothing, but a tired old joke. The man fires his pistol at Captain, "And here comes the punchline!"

Ozymandias finishes up with the men in the warehouse and quickly moves to put down the last bodyguard in the business suit with a rear necked choke.

"I didn't say anything about being important. But whatever I am, you're about to be going to jail."
The gunfire bounces harmlessly off of the shield, sparks blazing off its side. Cap takes steps towards the boss man, and when close enough and if able, he gives a nasty punch with the shield, trying to clear the bossman off his feet!

In the coming months, when Marcus Barone is in the criminal medical center re-learning how to use his jaw to eat solid foods, he is going to think about how he lost a multi-million dollar smuggling organization, and why did he think he could punk Captain America. However at this moment, he is not thinking anything as his knocked out and lifted a few feet in the air and lands against the wall. He slides unconsciously down the wall.

Ozymandias looks around the area and realizes that everyone is down. He peers back at Captain America and says, "Thank you for your help. The warehouse is still filled with gas. It is still going to take another ten minutes to dissipate from the warehouse."

Cap can hold strong against the gas given his anatomy, but not for ever. His breathing is shallow as he nods to Ozymandias. "I was about to tell you the same thing. This could have gotten really messy. My name is Captain America. What's yours?" A red glove juts out towards Ozy as Cap means to shake his hand.

"I know who you are. I have been a fan of yours for quite sometime" Ozymandias extends his hand, "I am just a traveler, same as you and everyone else. I go by the name of Ozymandias. It is great honor to meet you face to face."

"Well the honor is mutual. I'm not sure I'd have beat all those guys on my own. I owe you one, Ozymandias. And it's really nice to meet you." Cap looks over his shoulder. "My people will be coming soon to clear the area. I'm not sure if you're one of those types who likes 'official' company…" His voice trails.

"I am afraid there is too much chaos going on now to deal with official people." Ozymandias thinks of how many times that the costume heroes of WW2 helped clear the way and saved soldiers in WW2 and shakes his head, "Believe me when I tell you that I owe you. Let me know if you ever need my help."

Ozymandias runs to the rooftop, grabs hold of the ledge, and makes his way to the rooftop. Ozymandias offers him a salute, "Until next time, Captain."
