"Truth. Justice. Pizza."

The Titans are a new group based in the remnants of the old superhero groups of days old. Determined to fight for justice, this group is younger, fresher, and edgier than their older counterparts.
The Titans do not have an appointed leader, but rather seek to foster teamwork and collaboration in order to benefit from their members' unique talents. This approach may be somewhat chaotic, but due to the Titans' varied and surprising sets of powers, it can often be quite an advantage.
The Titans were formed in the spur of the moment, under the impetus of Flash (Wally West) during a series of heroics where multiple heroes crossed paths. Since then, the team has grown and is becoming more organized.

Titan's Compound
*The ground floor of the Castle provides a living room/games room, kitchen/utilities, library/study and courtyard.
*The second floor, spread through three towers, houses twelve bedrooms and three shared bathrooms.
*The secret underground level provides twelve bedrooms, a meeting room, a control room/monitor womb, training room/gym, a geothermal generator and a mess hall. The Underground also provides a hidden exit and entrance to the highway for vehicles.
Magical Doors
System online as of Dec 15th
The Titans have a set of magical doors created by Zachary Zatara. These doors are placed in the Meeting Room of the underground base.
The base doors link to doors in these other locations- but to be operated as magical doors, they need to be used in conjunction with the magic keys. Otherwise the doors in the respective parks work as normal doors, and the doors at the base open up to solid walls.
When activated magically with the key, they become two-way portals to their respective destinations until closed from either side. The doors are securable on the base side, so access can be denied in the case of one of the magic keys being stolen. There are twelve magic keys for the team.
The destinations are:
*1)Robinson Park (Gotham): Custodian shed door.
*2)The ESU campus Park: Maintenance shed door outside the Warren and Sandra Hoeffner Science and Technology Center near Ransberry Avenue.
*3)Metropolis Park (Metropolis): Custodian shed door.

Articles of Incorporation
Titans LLC, for the licensed meta-vigilante group, constituted in the state of New Hampshire under the auspices of federal regulation 110239-SRD-100, formation of a stable team for social activism, training, and limitation of damages, and under New Hampshire’s Metahuman and Parahuman Militia Authority, ordinance 4240-a-a.
Within this document and without reference to any specific external definitions, any group or team formed under these legal strictures will be termed a ‘supergroup’.
Pursuant to the requirements of 4240-a-a subsection 2, all supergroups will maintain the following informational and organizational elements:
Membership
Founding Members
Founding Members must meet requirements for membership and may be given special
authority, privileges, and precedence, as laid out in the Operating Regulations
Requirements for Membership
All full members must be at least 18 years of age, or the equivalent in the eyes of the law.
Junior members (over 14 and under 18) are subject to mandatory oversight and to all
relevant legal protections to ensure that they are not being abused or endangered
Adding and Removing Members
Rules must be established for the addition and removal of members. The incorporation of a
supergroup may include a stipend for members and any such payments are subject to all
tax and income reporting requirements.
Financials and Indemnification
Income
The normal organization of a supergroup is as a not-for-profit entity with tax exempt status.
Funding of a non-profit supergroup may come from public or private donations, trusts, and
grants, or from the compensated work of the members of the group when acting as its
agents and representatives. Records are required and books will be presented for audit at
the beginning of the fiscal year.
Cost of Operations
All costs of operations must be tracked and recorded as part of the income reporting
requirements. All costs must be reported at the time of the annual audit.
Required Insurance
General Vigilante Liability Insurance is mandatory under the Federal statute. Insurance is
available at a reasonable rate through the GVL-AID offices. Failure to comply with this rule
increases any federal charges for legal transgressions by one step of severity.
Control of Assets
Officers
All supergroups are required to define a chain of responsibility and authority for reporting
financial information and vigilante activity. All full members must be trained in reporting
procedures.
Reporting to Governmental Agencies
SRD
The SRD requires that all metahumans present themselves for classification and
identification. Identity information may not be released into public records without the
expressed permission of the subject, except in the event that the subject is convicted
of a class 1 or greater felony.
State and local police
Whenever a metahuman in a supergroup is party to the stopping of a crime in progress or
management of crisis or hazardous situations, they are subject to “good samaritan” rules.
However, to maintain this protection, they must provide all required information about the
occurrence within 48 hours to the nearest appropriate representatives of the police agency
which has jurisdiction.
Operating Regulations
All supergroups are strongly advised to create a set of operating regulations which will allow
for their day-to-day activities in a way that complies with the requirements given above.
Filling out the form:
TITANS Incorporation:
Pre-founding Members: Nightwing, Arsenal, Kid Flash, Troia, Beast Boy, Raven, Cyborg,
Tempest (add others?)
TItans Founding Members: (kid)Flash, (Red)Robin, Vorpal, Changeling, Raven, Zatanna
and Zachary Zatara, Bunker
Inactive: Hulkling, Wiccan (resigned), Flash II (626), Wonder Girl (Cass)
Rogue/Rejected: Phobos, Robin(S.O.B),
Membership Requirements:
Because the Titans are, in a real sense, a family for its members, we provide one another
with support, with assistance, with safety, and if necessary, with common sense and
intervention. We trust one another. We care about one another. We know one anothers’
secrets, to whatever extent we’re able to share them, and we recognize the need for
protecting those secrets where they do not endanger others in being kept.
As a part of our membership, we have living quarters in common which we may use as
needed, we have training and medical facilities, and we provide the closest thing to a home
that many “superheroes” are able to have.
We choose to use our skills and powers to protect others, to protect the world, and to make
it a better and safer place to live. Therefore we fight for justice, uphold the law as we are
able, and recognizing that we are not police, not judges, not soldiers, and not executioners,
we do not kill, and if circumstance or accident causes someone to die at our hands, we
do everything in our power to make it right with anyone harmed by our actions.
THEREFORE: To become a member of the Titans, it is necessary to agree to the above
statements, and to follow them well, given circumstance and situation.
Titans Membership comes in the following flavors: Pre-founding, Founding, Full,
Probationary, Associate, Inactive, Rogue, and NOT.
Pre-Founding and Founding members don’t require probationary time to join, but they may
choose to do that anyway, to see if they fit with a current team. Otherwise, they are treated
no differently from other Full Active members. Membership is always at the will of the
member and cannot be imposed, required, or expected without consent. This includes
posthumous induction, which can only be given to candidate/probationary members or
others who have expressed interest in becoming Titans members. This is really dull.
Full members can claim living space in the Castle (assuming they have access) and are
expected to participate in Titans missions and have the ability to vote on other members.
Only full, active members are allowed complete access to security systems, transport
doors, and other Titans perquisites. If you see this then you’re paying attention.
Probationary members are in the three-month period and cannot vote on memberships
or other rule changes, but can give advisory votes, and have limited access to security,
transport, and other Titans perquisites. At the end of their three months, they must be
changed to Full, Associate, or Non-Members by a ⅔ majority vote of Full Active members.
Associate members can be voted to that status by a ⅔ majority of Full Active members.
Non-Members are not allowed to remain at the Castle, and in the event of their residence
in the Castle, will be provided a month’s rental prepaid at a safe, clean short-term rental
hotel. If necessary, McDonalds gift certificates will be provided for food rations.
Becoming an inactive member merely means stating that you are unable to continue as
an active member of your current status. Inactive members do not participate in votes,
regular training or missions, and may or may not be able to return without probation.
For financial reasons, in order to have access to the Castle (noted below) it is necessary
to buy a share in the Castle, for one dollar US, which is refunded automatically if you leave
the team (and thereby lose free access to the Castle.)
At the time of incorporation, the team agreed to the following rules:
First: the buy-in. Second: No murdering. Third, feel free to donate money if you have it
but there’s a grant that pays for most of the actual expenses. Fourth, we’re family, but
family by choice. We try to eat together once or twice a week, we try to be around each
other and to be there for one another, and because we’re actually trying to be heroes not
just vigilantes, we train together and individually. We have a contract with the Iron Fist Dojo
to ensure that our training is good enough, and we train there. [[usually off camera]]
New Members are introduced to the team, and there’s a voice vote of as many as we can
find to determine whether or not someone gets to be a probationary, candidate, member.
After three months, once we’ve seen how they work with the team, another vote is held,
to decide if they’re accepted onto the team, It takes a ⅔ majority of the active FULL
membership of the team. We’re grown ups. We know sometimes people won’t work out,
and in those cases, we do what we can for people who really tried, but usually people will
choose to leave rather than remain in a situation where they don’t fit. But for the rare case
of the witling and the parasite, we have the rule of immediate eviction, which is backed by
the security rule.
